Silestone is the world leader in quartz surfaces. Thanks to Cosentino’s extensive network, the Silestone brand can be found anywhere in the world.

A unique stone that could only come from the combination of the best that nature has to offer and the most advanced technology.
Silestone has a sophisticated appearance; it has the feel and weight of natural stone but with a much higher quality. Composed of at least 90% inorganic components (essentially natural quartz and silicone), Silestone can be used in the creation of the most beautiful kitchen worktops or the most innovative commercial projects. Its colour consistency is incomparable to any other natural stone.

Silestone is available in 304cm x 138cm and for some colours 327cm x 156cm slabs, with three different thicknesses: 12, 20 and 30mm.

QUARTZ
Quartz is crystallised silicone dioxide (SiO2); it is normally white or transparent, although it can appear in other colours if it forms in the presence of impurities.

It can be found in its pure state or be present in other components. Its high durability and resistance to acids means it can be used in the manufacturing of a very wide range of precision and high performance products. Quartz is the main component of Silestone slabs.
